“Just got my Lexus LS back from Kee's. There was moderate damage to the driver's side front bumper with minor damage to the driver's side front quarter panel when I brought it in. The entire bumper needed replacing but I was told by Kee that they could fix the existing quarter panel to blend with the headlamp and bumper. His estimate was half of what the other two estimates I received in Walnut Creek. He said he could probably use the existing headlamp if there was no damage to the inside casing and that one of the sensors could possibly be saved, but there was no telling for sure until they took everything apart. As it turned out, the headlamp casing was damaged slightly on the inside so they had to order a new headlamp as well as replace the damaged sensor. Given the extra parts needed, the total cost was only about $400 over the original estimate. Austin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept me updated on the progress. The job took a little longer than expected due to the fact that the headlamp needed to be ordered and shipped. Better done slow and right than quick and not right. The work was beyond excellent. And their shuttle service with Uber is very timely and efficient.”

“Had them do curb rash repair and brake caliper paint on an older Mazda. Really good work at reasonable prices. The owner (Max) was responsive to my email requesting a quote and appointment and is also a very friendly and nice person. The techs are artists and do exceptional work and were very knowledgeable when asked follow-up questions. Highly recommend.”

“Doug did an outstanding job detailing my 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport. His family-owned shop clearly reflects his knowledge and attention to detail. Doug was lovely to communicate with and went above and beyond throughout the process. My car was filthy and covered in dog hair, and he made it look brand new. His pricing was incredibly reasonable. We will definitely be back!”

“Very friendly service, needed to come in for a walk in visit to clean seats and they were very helpful. The price was decent for shampooing all the seats without an appointment and will be back to get a more detailed interior cleaning. I will be back and am glad to have found this spot.”

“Enrique provided me with a quote over the phone, and I had him out to the house the next day. He arrived punctually, explained the work to be done, put up a sun shield canopy over the car and got to work. We are beyond pleased with the results on our beloved 2017 VW GTI SE! Would 100% work with Enrique again. He’s also a very nice guy with integrity and great work ethic.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with this auto body shop from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything. Communication was consistent, and I always felt informed throughout the process. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence in their work and attention to detail. They were also very timely and respectful of my schedule, which I truly appreciated. Overall, excellent customer service and a smooth experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a professional, clean, and reliable business.”

“Amazing, amazing, amazing guys. Very friendly and helpful. I called for a quote and then scheduled an appointment for the next day and maintained contact with them through text. Very casual and easy. Asked for interior detailing only and they threw in a free car wash for the outside. What a lovely surprise! : ) Took about 3 hours. I know there are a lot of car detail companies around here, but I am so happy to be doing business with them because they are a small, local business. Left satisfied, and got the kind of service that I appreciate. Happy to support a local business who does the job better than other companies! Would recommend if you're in the Walnut Creek~Martinez area. Thank you very much!”

“I unfortunately had marring to the hood of my 2015 bmw m4. Reached out to Javier for a quote on a single stage polish, and ceramic coating. Javier gave me a price that I could not refuse. The result of Javier's work was amazing. The paint looks brand new now! Javier also has great communication, and is flexible. I will be recommending him to everyone for any detail work.”

“Aside from surviving, there are few reasons to feel lucky after a car accident. We found two: BMW Collision Center and their estimator, Maurice Perry. Our Audi A7 sustained major front end damage. BMWCC's repair is flawless. The A7 is aluminum bodied with very close panel tolerances, requiring specialized training and equipment to realign precisely. The multiple damaged panels required exacting color matching, blending and clear coat application to achieve a seamless result. As other reviewers have said, Maurice Perry, BMWCC estimator, was absolutely key to negotiating an equitable settlement with our insurance company. Unless you actually work in the car insurance business, you will not be aware of the of the numerous tactics insurance companies use to drive claim resolutions in their favor. Having a deeply experienced advocate was essential to receiving the full benefit of our policy. Maurice is a true professional; timely, responsive, good humored and most importantly - effective.”

“I still prefer RepoKar since I got from there 4 cars already, and sold 2 salvaged vehicles, but my experience with California Auto Exchange was still great. I see negative reviews here and I don't understand why, these guys are very helpful and fun. Didn't force me to anything, just gave me the information needed.”

“Clean, new, nice waiting area, respectful of property and did a very nice job. $37.95 inside & out isn’t giving it away but if I lived in the area I’d go back for the Quick Wash $15.95 if I didn’t need the inside done ✅. Recommend”

“Best Car Wash Service ever! The Manager Jose is nice, and courteous and I like how they call each other on their microphone 🎤 when their car is ready to be picked up from an awesome car wash. They also does an amazing job with hand washing it. Thumbs up and 5 stars! ⭐ Loyal Customer L.M. Pittsburg”

“This used to be a fairly inexpensive place to get your car washed, but that isn't true any longer. It's probably an appropriate amount to pay for the wash and then hand dry but it's definitely not cheap. My main reason for four stars instead of five is because it is very slow. it was probably between 45 minutes and an hour to get our car washed and I'm usually not patient enough for that. They could use some more help but busy times.”

“These guys do a good job. I always tip the people that wipe down the cars. If you need them to fix anything they're right there and willing to do it. It's been 3 years since I pay my last post for this business and they're still doing a great job”
