“Just got my Lexus LS back from Kee's. There was moderate damage to the driver's side front bumper with minor damage to the driver's side front quarter panel when I brought it in. The entire bumper needed replacing but I was told by Kee that they could fix the existing quarter panel to blend with the headlamp and bumper. His estimate was half of what the other two estimates I received in Walnut Creek. He said he could probably use the existing headlamp if there was no damage to the inside casing and that one of the sensors could possibly be saved, but there was no telling for sure until they took everything apart. As it turned out, the headlamp casing was damaged slightly on the inside so they had to order a new headlamp as well as replace the damaged sensor. Given the extra parts needed, the total cost was only about $400 over the original estimate.
Austin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and kept me updated on the progress. The job took a little longer than expected due to the fact that the headlamp needed to be ordered and shipped. Better done slow and right than quick and not right. The work was beyond excellent. And their shuttle service with Uber is very timely and efficient.”

The final work itself was stunning and they always set you up for a f/u appt after a few weeks to make sure the project remains top level. “Aside from surviving, there are few reasons to feel lucky after a car accident. We found two: BMW Collision Center and their estimator, Maurice Perry. Our Audi A7 sustained major front end damage. BMWCC's repair is flawless. The A7 is aluminum bodied with very close panel tolerances, requiring specialized training and equipment to realign precisely. The multiple damaged panels required exacting color matching, blending and clear coat application to achieve a seamless result. As other reviewers have said, Maurice Perry, BMWCC estimator, was absolutely key to negotiating an equitable settlement with our insurance company. Unless you actually work in the car insurance business, you will not be aware of the of the numerous tactics insurance companies use to drive claim resolutions in their favor. Having a deeply experienced advocate was essential to receiving the full benefit of our policy. Maurice is a true professional; timely, responsive, good humored and most importantly - effective.”
“The employees here are hard working and conscientious for the most part. I always take a walk around my car when they say it's ready and if I find something they overlooked I point it out and they happily fix it. Also we have a subscription $40 a month so we take our car every week. Can't find any cheaper!”
“So far so good much better than the one on Clayton Rd but there’s a problem sometimes if you don’t double check inside the car some of the employees totally ignore to clean inside the car so make sure to double check inside the car if it is clean or not”
“This used to be a fairly inexpensive place to get your car washed, but that isn't true any longer. It's probably an appropriate amount to pay for the wash and then hand dry but it's definitely not cheap. My main reason for four stars instead of five is because it is very slow. it was probably between 45 minutes and an hour to get our car washed and I'm usually not patient enough for that. They could use some more help but busy times.”
“These guys do a good job. I always tip the people that wipe down the cars. If you need them to fix anything they're right there and willing to do it.
It's been 3 years since I pay my last post for this business and they're still doing a great job”
