“I had an amazing experience at East Bay Autohaus today! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made me feel valued throughout the entire visit. They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that combines honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. I highly recommend East Bay Autohaus to anyone looking for excellent service. Thank you for making my experience such a great one!”
“Great company, They came out on time and replaced my storder.Any domino's pizza parking lot. Life savers.. They have all the cool gadgets and tools needed to complete the job just like a professional shop. Except their mobile.. Give him a call you won't be disappointed.”
“I have taken a few of my cars to Jim's Auto Body over the years and they never let me down. They are really professionals and care about the customer. I worked with Brian, who went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired in the time frame mentioned. He kept in contact and even gave me a ride to his shop to pick up my car since he lived near me. He saved me money on a rental or Uber ride!
The price for the body work wasn't too expensive either.
I would highly recommend this body shop. Ask for Brian if he is available. Thank you again, Jim's Auto Body!”
