Always helpful staff. Might not have everything in stock that I'm looking for but staff is willing to go extra mile to see if they have it

Went in to get some gloves for my son and the gentlemen at the front searched boxes for 15 minutes to help me find a pair of football gloves that fit. Excellent customer service. I will be returning in the future!

I have to say I was pleased with Big 5 - they had exactly what I was looking for. The store had a lot of inventory and the employees were very pleasant. The store itself was clean and organized. I recommend going here if your in the need of some sporting goods.
