“I love this credit union. The employee are great and very personable. When we moved here to Antioch in 1995 my husband got a job with the school district. Many of his coworkers told him he should join, so we did. Our children, at the time in grade school each had an account and received scottie bucks for saving. They loved it and still have accounts there today! We've had the pleasure of obtaining, auto loans, signature loans, refinancing, and a home loan via their associates. All at amazing rates. All the folks at their Lonetree office are so nice! Margie is fantastic!!”
“They're okay for a credit union. They can't be reached by phone, so that's annoying. If you leave a CD they won't make it right, they gave a .09% after we had a 4.5, and the rate now is 5.5%! Really upset about this! Then we took it out to get the 5.5%, and they charged over $400.00. Then we got a letter apologizing for their mistake BUT NO OFFER OF MY $400.00 PLUS BACK!! SICK”
“I have been going here all my adult life, my mom worked for the county and that’s how I got it (u use to have to be referred). All my children now have accounts here, car loans here, we have moved with them, had their name changed with them, etc. I honestly feel they’re part of our family. I have NEVER had bad customer service. I have had employees go above and beyond on many occasions. I do not particularly like this current location (BUT I love the current employees in there at Century Blvd) however I do much of my banking through the app?. You all are doing a great job and I appreciate each one if you!???”
“Good financial facility to do business with they're always kind, professionaland polite. The look on their faces if you jokingly say that was rude, gets me everytime, but puts a smile on both are faces in the end. They take pride in customer service for sure! I'm a member since 2017.”
