All I can say is not a Best Buy, it the WORST BUY. We were at the I phone counter 1st and we never been acknowledged. They help the person who came next to us and the third who just came in. Really bad customer service. They don't even need even 1 star.

I was sold a broken TV and the "manager" Tony refused to compensate me for their company providing me a damaged product. I stated I didn't even get to use the TV and it was still in its original packaging, he was still unbothered. He did not care about me as a customer that's a great way to lose business.
