Daya was super helpful with great customer service and she explained really well and was super helpful with everything today

Annoyed at being assigned a locker but could not access it. After contacting company and assigned a different locker and was then told by the attendant (nice lady) I would be refunded $11.00 for the company’s mistake but was only refunded $2.23; like What Is That, public storage?
