Work place to move too,
-Car has gotten stolen out of here (gate was not closed for weeks)
-Car got towed from out of my own stall
-Trash is always piled up (you pay 100+) because of “depends on how often we have to call trash company”
-Took 3 weeks for my maintenance request to be done.

I've been living at Renew Aster for a while, and I have to say — since Shirlie became the new manager, things have really improved! She's been amazing at getting things done quickly and making sure residents are taken care of. It’s great to see someone who truly cares about the community. Thanks, Shirlie!

I have lived here for 3 years and it's only been getting better and better. You can tell that the management company actually wants people to enjoy living here. Shirlie has been great as well. Work orders are completed faster than ever. Community seems cleaner than usual. Highly recommend

It honestly pisses me off reading some of these negative reviews. I actually live here, and I wouldn’t stay in some nasty, poorly run place—that’s just not me. This complex has been great. Management is solid, maintenance gets stuff done fast, and the whole place is clean and quiet.
Feels like some of these bad reviews are just salty people who got evicted or broke the rules and now they’re mad at the world. Don’t let that kind of energy fool you. Living here has been a good experience, and most of us residents know it.

This place over charges for terrible quality of living. I’ve lived here for a little over a year and in that time the washing machines have gone up 40 cents while the washing machines and dryers have not gone up in quality whatsoever, they are nasty. I’ve been robbed twice, there’s a roach infestation, and people constantly rummaging through the garbages. Cats and flies everywhere. Also a constant smell of sewage that drifts over the area several times a day. This place is not worth the rate they charge and management/corporate could care less for their residents. I wish I could leave 0 stars but I have to put something. Don’t waste your time here.

I’ve lived at Renew Aster for some time now, and I’ve seen a few managers come and go — but I’ve got to say, this new manager, Shirlie, is a real breath of fresh air. She doesn’t just talk about making changes — she actually does them. Things are getting fixed faster, communication is better, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the folks living here. It’s nice to feel like someone’s finally listening

We had looked at this property in the past, but we weren't very interested. Circumstances changed, and we happened to go back. We had a really good tour with Shirlie. She was very professional and had a good sense of humor, and she made us feel very welcomed. The place looks like it is in better shape than our first trip here about 6 months ago. It is now at the top of our list when our current lease expires.
