Solar Swim & Gym has been a family spot to swim for 84 years and counting.
Everyone remembers Ingrid and her unique way of teaching nearly all of Antioch how to swim for the last 50 years!! Although time and ownership has changed, we still have a staple swim Coach here to keep Ingrid's long built swim school alive and bring it into the future.
Now led by our very own Coach Niki, we work daily to prove that everyone deserves a chance and we will never turn you away for anything but lack of space.
We are here changing the ways of teaching and can only hope you'd come give us a look.
