“They were great. Tested my old battery to make sure it needed replacing. I bought a battery and installed it into the box at home. Unfortunately we lost internet due to Frontier issues. And the Frontier technician stole my brand new battery with the box the very next day when I was out and my husband was not aware of what transpired. I called Frontier immediately the same day just 1 hour after the tech left. But Frontier never yet has returned my battery as promised. Be aware when dealing with Frontier! Universal Batteries however are great.”
