“Went in to get oil for my truck today and unfortunately, my truck would not start after I put the oil in. An employee there by the name of sergio went above and beyond to try to help me and make sure that my children and I were okay during my whole ordeal with my vehicle not starting. He truly displayed the epitome of customer service, and I cannot fully explain in words the gratitude that I have for his kindness and going above and beyond today.”
