“The technician John was patient really knowledgeable and very helpful, he also has a willingness to be helpful that alot of technicians lack nowadays. I give the experience a 4 star rating the only reason why it's not a 5 star rating is that I believe that we always have to strive to be better once someone says that it's perfect we tend to stagnate. So I give the highest rating possible without being perfect”
