“From the moment my husband and I walk in the door, great people like Abood, Yajaira and Vanessa greet us by name. Everyone who works there is pleasant, patient and kind. The place is pretty, with fresh new paint and a sparkling clean floor. There is a comfortable place to sit while waiting for your prescriptions to be filled, which usually takes 10 minutes or less. In addition, we receive convenient texts when ongoing prescriptions are filled and ready for pick up and they even offer home delivery service. As a bonus, there is a convenient postal center and gift shop! Thank you, Rancho Pharmacy, for making our health journey a little easier.”

“I transferred a prescription here on Christmas Eve (Wednesday) as CVS had been unable to fill it for over 2 weeks. Community Care did not have it stock but called me on Monday that it was ready. Shock! With CVS, I had to call every day to check and see if it came in. Here, they called me. Since they are a preferred pharmacy for my insurance, I am transferring all my prescriptions here.”

“I enjoy this Walgreens. although I do get a little bit tired of some of the people following me around the store, thinking I'm going to steal something. As I stand there reading the ingredients for description of my medicines I'm choosing to buy they think I'm going to steal in a place somebody in every hour I go to. Making it so very uncomfortable for me to shop there. Then I have to let the man know when I'm squatting down to get to the lower shelf it's because I'm very tired and weak in my legs I need to bend down. I have to read the ingredients to make sure I'm not placing something in my body that is going to cause danger to me with other medications I take at home.”

“This pharmacy is amazing, and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal! I've been having an extremely difficult time getting my husband's diabetic injections because our previous pharmacy was never able to order them, which was incredibly frustrating.
I explained our situation to Maddie, and she immediately took care of everything. She contacted our previous pharmacy, had all of our prescriptions transferred, and my husband had his injection the very next day. I am beyond grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond to help us.
Brianna was also incredibly helpful and found us a coupon that significantly lowered our copay for the injection. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a stressful situation so much easier.
