“Best service I've ever had in my life, and that is not an exaggeration. They were kind, honest, helpful, quick and efficient. Don't take your car anywhere else. I literally had other places quote me $300 or refuse to even help for a check engine light for my Mercedes 99 SLK 230. Not only did jiffy lube help me to fix my issue within less than 5 minutes, but also made my day and really helped me out. Thank you to the team at jiffy Lube. I forgot to get the names, but I was helped my African American Male and Young Hispanic Male Monday shift before closing. thank you I hope you read this review. “Marciano (sp?) and Luis are quality gentlemen with excellent service, amazing manners, gentle and very patient in explaining all services to customers. The experience and expertise served by these two has made me a permanent customer of this Jiffy Lube. I enjoyed Marciano's knowledge about the car service and his taking time to refer me to another store for Antifreeze AC work, which I will be visiting that store this week. All in all if Jiffy Lube could get ratings like restaurants they receive a huge A+ the owners of this store should be very proud and WORRY FREE that the gentlemen here are giving them a great reputation of quality, manners, excellence in customer service and mechanical work. These men deserve an increase or bonus in pay and in retirement for the future, including vacation time. We'll deserved and I'm hoping that managment/owners will honor them in that. Its rare these days to have employees with excellence in all ways, genuiness is a bonus to the company. People wish to have this.
