When he goes to other places -He either comes home naked or with knicks… , or pp have personal dogs in shop. My dog is very friendly but because of his size he is not always greeted nicely by other smaller dogs.This is the only place that has given him a nice haircut , has a nice tall secure gate for the dogs, and no personal pets loose either.I am so happy with this experience.I will definitely be returning ! He looks so handsome and clean , they did amazing on Remington!

21554 CA-18, Apple ValleyI love this clinic, Dr. Boyd, and his staff. I've been searching throughout the High Desert to find this kind of vet and supportive staff. He explains everything very thoroughly. His tech Ashley was so kind and was meticulous with reading my pup's medical history from vets down the hill. Front desk staff were also efficient and empathetic. The clinic was clean, parking lot spacious, and grassy area in the back shaded area clean. Dr. Boyd clearly takes great pride in his clinic. I recommend them highly.

I never have to wait long for an appointment. Since this is the only Banfield in the High Desert area, I really appreciate how responsive and accommodating they are.
The women at the front desk are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the entire staff is kind and caring. They take the time to listen to my concerns and focus on what my pets actually need rather than trying to push unnecessary treatments or services. It’s clear they genuinely care about both their patients and their clients. I highly recommend them.

20991 Bear Valley Road, Apple ValleyI called the animal Hospital on Bear Valley spoke with Darlene like four times today.
I told her what my Poochie Sashas concerns were, something was going on with her back legs. They weren’t working!
She was weak, panting in pain and, wouldn’t eat or drink. Darlene got Sasha right in.
I was a few minutes late, but they still took care of me with world class service. I was greeted and treated like a valuable FBA in the community. Bear Valley animal Hospital is very attentive. We met with Dr. Zuniga. He was great. He was the PAPaw. My friend with “paws” needed.
Dr. Zuniga gave me the playbook I needed and what the game plan was to get Sasha back on track.
I should’ve been here a long time ago however thank God Bear Valley animal Hospital found time to help Sasha they are affordable, fast friendly.
When I got home Sasha was visibly feeling some relief now resting comfortably and, on her way to a full recovery thank you again. You guys really made my day and Sasha too.
