42160 N Shore Dr, Big BearMy wife and I dropped our 11 year old Golden Retriever ( Sundance) off at the VCA, Big Bear was immediately impressed by " Jennifer " , the very professional lady in charge on Monday at 8:00 am on our way out of town. I was impressed on on her kindness and caring with our older dog. Jennifer explained all the options available for our dog, food and pick up information so there was no confusion as to what to expect. We picked up our Sundance on Wednesday late afternoon and were greeted by a very welcoming Jennifer who called for Sundance, coming out all relaxed after a couple of days of Play Day's. Again Jennifer went over all the details with me for final check as well as at the same time handling multiple other customers coming in for their Precious pets and by the way new everyone's pet 7 dogs to be exact, incredible! I have retired after 43 years in the customer service industry and have never witnessed someone of this great caliber in person. Jennifer is a real asset to VCA and definitely a keeper in my view and hopefully is recognized often by the facility manager or others that know the importance of CaringSuperior Customer Servive

I was visiting from LA for the weekend when my dog had a bad reaction to some anti anxiety medicine prescribed by my vet back at home (who was not helpful when I called). The VCA front desk listened and managed to talk to their vet before they left for lunch. The vet provided helpful information to manage his symptoms. They also provided recommended ERs should his symptoms get worse.A+ for empathizing with a panicked owner and being helpful with no charge over the phone. My boy is healthy!

How often do you get someone telling you great advice like that? Atmosphere is as advertised. Come at chill and relaxing and definitely upscale. It's the perfect balance between food and drink with a constant stream of the vocals coming in and enjoying as well as tourists like us. Highly recommend for it's fantastic beer menu and elevated bar food.

It's made with fresh ingredients and it's filing. I also treated myself to two vegan donuts. The donuts are discounted to $.75 cents after 4pm so I couldn't resist. Lol All the workers are very nice and accommodating. I love the vbe there. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious, and the portions were absolutely huge. We tried the veg thali, naan, and Baigan bartha, and everything was satisfying. The prices are very reasonable for the generous portion sizes.
Great value for money, especially when you’re craving good Indian food in Big Bear. Definitely worth visiting! Highly recommend.

The staff treats you like family, the drinks are solid, and it's just a fun, no-fuss community hangout that's been going strong for decades.
If you're local or just visiting Big Bear, do yourself a favor and stop by. Wyatt's is the real deal for good food, cold drinks, and mountain vibes. Can't recommend it enough!
