“I love this clinic, Dr. Boyd, and his staff. I've been searching throughout the High Desert to find this kind of vet and supportive staff. He explains everything very thoroughly. His tech Ashley was so kind and was meticulous with reading my pup's medical history from vets down the hill. Front desk staff were also efficient and empathetic. The clinic was clean, parking lot spacious, and grassy area in the back shaded area clean. Dr. Boyd clearly takes great pride in his clinic. I recommend them highly.”

“First I want to say how wonderful the staff is at Apple Valley. They are the nicest, kindness staff of any place I have been. I like to go back just to see them! My horse saw Dr Garoff 2 years ago for a whole leg problem 2 years ago. She recommended a tx Calle Equiscope. It’s a magnetic tx the sends a current from one metal plate to another. The tx takes 6 weeks. I total cured him. He was completely sound.!! The 1. 1/2 years ago my horse was having crazy diarrhea. So they and abdominal xray. and they found an 8 pound mineral ball in his gut! Dr weatherall did the surgery at the Norco location and he did great. No complications at all. I trust my horse with them. The first (different ) vet just told me his problem was sand in his gut and told me to keep giving him psyllium. The diarrhea just kept getting worst!”

“Anytime my dogs have an issue and need to be seen quickly, the staff always makes time for us or is able to get us in the very next day. I never have to wait long for an appointment. Since this is the only Banfield in the High Desert area, I really appreciate how responsive and accommodating they are. The women at the front desk are always friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the entire staff is kind and caring. They take the time to listen to my concerns and focus on what my pets actually need rather than trying to push unnecessary treatments or services. It’s clear they genuinely care about both their patients and their clients. I highly recommend them.”

“I called the animal Hospital on Bear Valley spoke with Darlene like four times today. I told her what my Poochie Sashas concerns were, something was going on with her back legs. They weren’t working! She was weak, panting in pain and, wouldn’t eat or drink. Darlene got Sasha right in. I was a few minutes late, but they still took care of me with world class service. I was greeted and treated like a valuable FBA in the community. Bear Valley animal Hospital is very attentive. We met with Dr. Zuniga. He was great. He was the PAPaw. My friend with “paws” needed. Dr. Zuniga gave me the playbook I needed and what the game plan was to get Sasha back on track. I should’ve been here a long time ago however thank God Bear Valley animal Hospital found time to help Sasha they are affordable, fast friendly. When I got home Sasha was visibly feeling some relief now resting comfortably and, on her way to a full recovery thank you again. You guys really made my day and Sasha too.”
