“We Took our AmStaff, Oak, to Dr. Dan yesterday and it was at the end of the day, appointment. I really appreciated the kindness from the vet techs, staff, & Dr. Dan. My Am Staff wasn’t socialized properly due to my husband dealing with stage 4 cancer, repeated chemotherapy & surgery. They completely understood and they took his leash and took Oak to the back to treat his interdigital paw abscess, his ear infection & booster vaccines. I want to say thank you to the entire team for making such a stressful time, a grateful & thankful gift to us. 5 stars plus! You made our night. Oak’s paw is already looking better from the antibiotic & steroid injections. I just did his 1st paw soak and he let me do it without a fight. Thank you again for the caring & compassion you showed Oak and my husband & I. Truly a blessing. 5 stars ⭐ if I could give more I would.”

“I had such a wonderful experience with Autumn at Samaritan Animal Hospital. She was incredibly kind, caring, and patient, and she made me feel completely comfortable when it came to my dog, Ace. She took the time to explain everything clearly and was so informative and helpful throughout our visit. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to make you feel heard and cared for. Autumn’s kindness and positive attitude truly stood out to me. She was not only professional but also compassionate, and you could tell that she genuinely cared about Ace and making sure we had a good experience. Honestly, Autumn made my day! “They were very good with my girl. Had her fixed along with her friend Sammy. Price got higher because they hit you with the extras. Had to have blood work $117 + they said she was in heat another $50 & the basic fee for spaying was $442. Price was simular to other vets. Hesperia Veterinary who is inside of Petsmart in Victorville. Very friendly, helpful & accommodating for the other dog whom is a rescue that was severely abused & then dumped in the hills of Hemet. She was also 9 months pregnant & severely malnourished.”

“First time bringing my Siberian husky, Blu’ for vaccinations. I must say this is the best place to go get your vaccines for your animals. They do not charge an exam fee like Bear Valley Animal Hospital and they are very nice and friendly and helpful and very caring about which vaccinations your dogs get. The young man at the front counter, checking you in, was very very kind and you could tell he loves his job and also they gave my dog the three year 5 in 1 And his rabies shot, both good for three years, which I did not know anything about five in one shots which is great because you don’t have to take your dog back for three years so the price was awesome. $91 total. You can’t beat that anywhere so I say come to Petco Vetco for sure because this is a great place for your dog, even if you wanna buy products! Definitely now my go to for Blu’!”

“Amanda is truly an exceptional veterinary technician. From the moment she helped us, I could tell how knowledgeable and detail-oriented she is. She caught an error in my dog Oliver’s chart that another assistant had made and made sure it was corrected right away. That attention to detail gave me so much confidence that Oliver was getting the best care possible. She was incredibly patient, compassionate, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. We even ended up talking about our families, which made the experience feel so personal and comforting during a stressful time. Because of Amanda’s knowledge and care, Oliver received the treatment he needed. He eventually passed the contents that were causing his blockage, and today he’s doing amazing. I truly believe her expertise played a huge role in helping save my dog’s life. Thank you, Amanda, for treating Oliver like he was your own and for making such a difficult experience so much easier. Veterinary technicians like you are priceless, and I’ll always be grateful for everything you did. Good Doc she performed eye surgery on my French bulldog, excellent Doctor! They specialize in Bulldogs!! French, English ect. 🐶🐾🐾”

“Dr. Ahmed is such an awesome Vetenarian as well as a very kind and caring person. He was on his way out for his lunch and saw me pull up in my vehicle quickly he turned around and asked me what's going on with my dog and he immediately walked us into a room and started treatment on my dog to save his life. The other hospital in Apple Valley has never been compassionate and caring like Dr. Ahmed is. He charged 3 times less than Apple Valley would of charged me. Thank you so much for saving my baby dog as well as being a real caring human being. I recommend him to anyone who wants there pet to get the best care in the High Desert. And thank you to the kind and real compassionate staff that works there also.”

“My mom has recently had her cat cared for and I could not be happier with the quality of care she has experienced. I live further away and was not able to be with her for this difficult time but I am beyond grateful for the staff and how they treated my mother and her cat. They went above and faaaar beyond what they had to do make sure my mom was taken care of and I am so grateful she was in their hands. We genuinely cried tears of joy because of their kindness. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore and I hope all of the good these kind people have put out into the world comes back to them ten fold. I can’t thank the staff enough, your kindness did not go unnoticed at all.”
