“This Auburn UPS store is hands down the best UPS store that I’ve been to!
All the staff have met me with so much kindness and went above and beyond to help me.
I had an Amazon return and my portal mattress did not fit in the original box, with their determination, and hard working and strength they got it to fit in another box and sent it off.
Bravo 👏”
“I've been a box holder at this location for several years now, and I continue to renew my box because of the excellent service. I enjoy the small-town atmosphere, and I always receive the friendliest service whenever I stop in to buy stamps or pick up packages.”
“I went to the Staples in Vacaville yesterday to have a passport photo taken. Unfortunately, I was told they didn’t have any USB drives available and that there was no way for me to get a digital copy. The cashier suggested that I take a photo of the printed passport photo and upload that to the passport website, but unfortunately, that didn’t work.
Today, I stopped by the Staples in Grass Valley and was greeted by Wesley. I explained what had happened in Vacaville, and he immediately let me know that I had been given incorrect information. Wesley went above and beyond—he took the time to call the Vacaville store, arrange a refund for me, and make sure I received the proper digital passport photo I needed.
The level of customer service Wesley provided is rare these days. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure the problem was resolved. What had been a frustrating experience turned into a great one because of him.
Wesley truly saved the day. Staples is lucky to have him. Thank you, Wesley!”
“Cabe is an excellent employee, so helpful, kind, full of positive energy. UPS is lucky to have him as an employee...such an asset to this company. Thank you Cabe for your phenomenal customer care!!!”
“Great customer service and convenient location. I really appreciate having this post office. So much easier and more friendly vs. the big main post office on the other side of town.”
“Great little store! Staff was very pleasant and friendly, super helpful. They have greeting cards, here, too. My favorite being, the, ‘Made in America! With Pride’ section. And then an array of wallet cards. Most notably,A Police Officer’s Prayer, A Firefighter’s Prayer, Military Prayer, and then religious wallet cards. God bless this business”
“Kat is a rock star!! She was so helpful and competent and human. I feel like her vibe keeps the whole place humming beautifully. Will keep coming back here because she is awesome and super helpful and sweet. Thanks Kat! 🙏✨”

“We'd like to give a shout out to Sydney at the Meadow Vista Post Office for going above and beyond to recover our lost package, which had us in a pinch. Sydney's continuous updates and efforts were greatly appreciated and paid off when, to our surprise, we did receive our package! In short, Sydney cared. It's wonderful to know that a strong work ethic still exists. Bravo! Thank you, Sydney! You made our day, week, and year!”
“The lady who "mans" this office is incredible! I wish all postal employees were her match. This office is a nice break from the chaos of Nevada Street - and much faster (no line).”
