“I just moved to Grass Valley, all of my stuff is still unpacked in boxes. I came to Staples to apply for a job. Fortunately John Shuford was working. John helped me every step of the way. First he loaned me a pen to complete my job application. He then personally assisted me on scanning my application. He then assisted me in printing my resume. John made every step of the process so easy. I am so grateful for John & Staples in Grass Valley. Way to go! Best customer service experience EVER!”

“Stopped by Fed Ex in Nevada County, CA and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and great with the kids, creating a positive environment right away. The staff were attentive, encouraging, and clearly knew how to keep conversations both fun and structured. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had a great setup for learning and practicing skills safely. Everything felt organized, and it was easy to see that they care about both the customers and the quality of instruction.”

“Shout out to Kenny. I brought in a key that wouldn't open the locker on the community mailbox. He went out and fixed the problem before I got home from walking the dog! I was impressed. Thanks Kenny 😁”
