I also like how he called me mam which I never hear from other stores. 4 stars for the wait in checkout. Waited about 10 minutes with which isn't horrible just there wasn't a lot of people in front of me and nobody coming to help with the lines.”
“Very poor customer service when contacting by phone; rep could barely speak English. Cannot call or be transferred to the local office directly only a customer service center located who-knows-where, so impossible to resolve the delivery issue. Massively annoying! Yet, when I went to the store in person, everything the customer service rep told me over the phone was incorrect and my issue was resolved very satisfactorily.”

I haven’t been treated this well here in so long I don’t remember because I will do anything to avoid visiting this PO. I am normally met with impatience, eye rolling, and condescension.
