Nobody picked up for the other branches but when I called this branch...someone answered within 2 rings, was very courteous, and answered all of my questions even though my safe deposit box is with a different branch. I definitely see why this is the highest rated branch in the area.”

“Understand there have been reductions in terms of staffing at the banks as they have transitioned to online support. The staff who continue to work in person at the banks are probably stretched thin. I rarely go in but went today to make a wire payment. Pleasantly surprised by staff worker Ernesto Rodrigo Lopez, who was kind and attentive, and took care of my needs.”
