House was in a great location across from the beach, upstairs patio gave a beautiful view of surf, sunsets and locals. The only negative is that the house needs some TLC, it's showing its wear and needs an extra good cleaning. The rugs are very dirty, black along showers, blinds are dirty and most do not work

Bailey PM has saved us a ton a money and taken heat care of our place. We are VERY happy with their service.
