After mentioning multiple times to De Camara Management that portions of our paneling was rotton and needed to be replaced they ignored my statements and approved our home to be painted over. Very poor service. They do not check on contracted maintenance that subsequently leads to problems. Delayed responses. Do not recommend.

The representatives of this HOA are discriminative. They'll send out letters notifying an owner that they can't do such n such things, yet right across the way you can see that other units are doing the same damn thing--for years! To speak plainly, the representatives of this HOA suck! Do not buy a place here
