“I give my highest recommendation to this location for truck rental. Made a reservation online, and we received outstanding and friendly service at the desk. Even though there were two people ahead of us, we were in and out quickly and efficiently. We got help estimating our mileage; approximate amount of gas needed before we returned the truck, and closest gas station; and an insurance recommendation. Another helpful staff person got the truck, which was in a clean condition. No issues with the return. Will definitely be using this location again and recommend to others. Top tier friendly and efficient service, an excellent experience with UHaul. Bravo to the staff.”

“Pretty, pretty good! (As Larry David would like to say). The van I rented was newish, clean and my move went fine. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only issue I had was the after-hours return. I tried to find parking, where I was instructed to park, but all the street parking was full. I didn't feel like it would be wise to park it 3 blocks away, so I brought the van in to return the next morning.”
“The large cement mixer was top quality compared to competitors and for the same price. The online reservation worked flawlessly and that made pickup a breeze. The Yard was prepared to help when I accidentally came with a hitch ball that was too large. UR Soquel/Santa Cruz is now my go to location.”
“This is about the Soquel Home Depot. I was looking for a Milwaukee drill that was on sale. The internet was showing three in stock at that price.The problem was that Home Depot has all this inventor spread out in multiple locations so you cannot find anything. Two home depot representatives spent at least 30-45 minutes trying to help me find one of those drills. Sure enough they did and were successful. This is a five star review, thanks to those that helped me. As for the store, management needs to do better in indicating where store inventory is located. Add RFID tags if needed to pinpoint the location within the store so customers/employees don't have to waste 45 minutes looking.”
