The U-Haul rep at this location kept an eye on the pricing the morning before our pickup and noticed that, for some reason, the reservation price had increased by $40 when we arrived. He did his best to get us back to the original price and was able to help in several ways, including recommending next steps for working with U-Haul customer support.
