“The customer service here was amazing! The U-Haul rep at this location kept an eye on the pricing the morning before our pickup and noticed that, for some reason, the reservation price had increased by $40 when we arrived. He did his best to get us back to the original price and was able to help in several ways, including recommending next steps for working with U-Haul customer support. Overall, he was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to move out of Santa Cruz!!!”

“Pretty, pretty good! (As Larry David would like to say). The van I rented was newish, clean and my move went fine. The staff were friendly and efficient. The only issue I had was the after-hours return. I tried to find parking, where I was instructed to park, but all the street parking was full. I didn't feel like it would be wise to park it 3 blocks away, so I brought the van in to return the next morning.”
“This is a very great UHaul location. Its basically a two person operation, husband and wife. They work 7 days a week and manage to get everything done with an even temperament and considerant style. Very hard job, I admire their dedication.”
