“This review is for Dee the customer service queen. We came to Costco for an air conditioner and saw the perfect couch and it was on sale! We made plan to come back the next day with a truck. Dee overheard our conversation and looked up some information that we weren't aware of - it was the last day of the sale! She followed us halfway across the store to let us know. We were trying to find a way to get a truck asap when Dee came to the rescue again! Some other customers were also buying one of the same couches. She spoke with them and found out they have a truck. She asked them if they would be willing to help us out and they said yes! I couldn't believe the kindness and awareness of Dee. Thank you so much!!”
