I am a very anxious person when it comes to things like this, but she was very patient. I would’ve signed the lease if my work contract didn’t require me to be elsewhere. I will definitely be reconsidering when my assignment is complete.”

They fixed anything I asked for in less than a a day which is very impressive. I just had to send an email and Fernando will come right away to take care of things. The facility is kept clean and is a nice quiet community. My neighbors were very sweet. The leasing process was simple and transparent. The move-out was also simple and effortless. I'll definitely recommend people to live here.”

“Very beautiful apartments I love the view on how I can just look at the mountains, they allow pets got 2 pools to choose the only bummer is no playground. The managers Maria and Crystal are just the sweetest they are always ready to help they are so professional if I have any issue with my apartment I get it fixed as soon as possible or they always give me notice if any delays. They have made living here awesome.”
“I actually love this apartment complex, and the people in it. We are all quiet, respectful people. Been in since May 2023. No idea why it has a low rating. I prefer this place over every apt complex I’ve ever lived in.”

“I have been a tenant here since 2019 and it's perfect for renting the community is very welcoming . it is gated the units and spacious . it has a pool and barbecue area. And is amazing for kids and pets . The manger are attentive and will solve any issues or problems you may have . Maintenances is on sight and is very friendly .”

“Casa Moreno Apartment has been a very nice place to live in. Ms. Jessica, and Ms. Majilin have been great property managers, Mr. Miguel keeps the entire property clean and looking beautiful. They all have been great people since I've moved in. They make this community a peaceful and enjoyable place to live in. It's a big community and although it takes time to get to meet all the neighbors, so far the few that I have met are nice neighbors. The best part, there's no drama or unpeaceful situations. CASA MORENO APTS IS A QUIET, PEACEFUL, CLEAN AND SAFE COMMUNITY.”
