I know that this place here was my very first apartment back in don't remember the year but the rent was only $500 had some roses but I love the place landlord name was Oscar in the maintenance man with some Macy peace and love..

Its very nice neighborhood, and office staff is very friendly. Apts. are clean and family oriented tenants mostly reside here and plus close to everything for shopping, banking, pharmacy..restaurants..you name it.

Can never go wrong with this place I'd choose tierra mia over Starbucks any day
