I have been a happy customer at Schwab for many years until today, when I visited the branch asking for a couple of Schwab's tasteful 2026 calenders. The desk clerk told me they are reserved for some customers only. I escalated my complaint and did received a calendar. However I felt totally insulted by the experience.

The service that I received was excellent, the ladies at the front desk were very attentive and patient. I would come back again & again, my mission was accomplished every time!

Young man at front desk was very unprofessional and rude, even raised his voice at us. We asked some questions about certain forms and he had to read the forms for a long time and still gave us the wrong answer. Has no idea about anything.

I went into the Arcadia office. Four people were standing at the front counter. Two of them were on laptops; the other two were watching the two on the laptops. No one greeted me. I finally said hello. One man looked up and looked surprised I had spoken. He said he’d be with me in a moment. I waited. Finally, another man asked what I needed and helped me. Then, he passed me off to the woman there. I got done what I needed to, but it certainly wasn’t a welcoming atmosphere. I’m not sure why the front counter is used as a work center for the employees.

I can't say enough good words about Schwab. Their banking and investing products are smart and easy to use and their customer service is impeccable. This office has challenging parking, so give yourself a few extra minutes when you visit.

Not a fan of this office. Walked in to rectify an account issue because I was in the neighborhood. I've been a Schwab client for years. Was treated like I didn't look the part of the typical clientele. I expect service like you treated other clients who were present...

Customer service is really good here. There was an asian man who helped us who works in the front and he was patient and genuinely trying to assist us. They also have great perks for clients better than other bank institutions.

Mr. Chang takes the time to explain any questions I may have and goes above and beyond to find the solution for me with professionalism and respect. The passion Mr. Chang has for his job reflects in the way he treats his customers and I am very lucky to have had Mr. Andy Chang's service. You are truly an asset for any corporation and I cannot thank you enough for the time and dedication you spent in making my banking with Charles Schwab such a great experience.

Charles Schwab (Arcadia Branch) - its customer service is top notch. Andrew Chen is very polite and answers all my questions timely. He calls back right away and follow through. I am glad I make the decision to transfer my IRA to Schwab! Good deal.

This branch is time after time the reigning champion of bad customer service, unprofessionalism, and staff who do not speak English, yet give you an attitude for them saying the wrong terms in English. I hope someone from corporate reads this. So many times I've been here both the receptionist had a bad attitude and same as the manager. When you don't know things about your account and want help the receptionist and manager laughs in a degrading way. I have never been to a more unprofessional bank that seems more like a mean kids high school in Asia. If it's just one employee and one time only I would rule it off as a solo incident, but this has happened every time I came in. Moving my money somewhere else.
