Regardless of those reviews, I still decided to give it a try. Monica took the time and gave me a lot of information and she was very kind to talk to. When it was time to get my daughter's ear pierced, Kelly helped us and she was super sweet and assuring. I love the fact that she was very confident in her job which is important when dealing with babies/kids. The process was very quick and my baby looks beautiful with her new earrings. “I bought a ring in march at Brea as a gift to myself for starting a new job I had the ring for about 4 months and unfortunately a Swarovski diamond fell off. I was in the area and I decided to stop at this location to ask if there was anything they could do or if I was supposed to go to the Brea Mall where I had originally bought the ring to replace it. Lizette was so nice and helped me replace my ring and I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes! I was so happy with the service and even more happy that I was able to replace my ring at a closer location to my house.
