All i have to say is Hari is such an amazing employee, (preferred pronoun) was so helpful and super kind so detailed oriented as well. Hari’s customer service is 10/10 i hope everytime i got back (preferred pronoun) is there! 😊 I hope whatever manager goes through the review they give recognition to Hari!

Pandora Headquarter was very responsive via emails and I got all my replacement of bracelet and charms in 20 days after I sent back my old ones. I gave 3stars because that excellent customer service was caused by formal complaint through BBB and local store managers did not care one bit about the complaints after the sale... read full comment
