“I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! I also work in retail so usually i'm pretty observant when it comes to customer service in other stores, but I just had to comment on Alexander's because his was just through the roof (:”

“I went on a Sunday so the store was relatively busy (mind you, I haven’t been to this mall in years and dreaded going in on a Sunday). Castro happened to help me. Probably one of the nicest managers I’ve met. Took some time to get my returns squared away but she was so helpful and patient.”

“Great selection in store compared to other A&F stores. They also have a larger sale section to browse, took two rooms the last time I went by. The fitting room is a bit confusing since there’s so defined exit/entrance so some people leave unwanted clothes in the room.”
