“Yesterday we went to exchange a watch G-Shock and we were in hope of variety , so we encountered Vincent Niemczyk , I hope I’m spelling that right , and he was so wonderfully polite and helpful! He actually showed us that one watch left , 1 G-Shock in the entire store ! But it was definitely the best one thus far ! So we decided to proceed with the exchange, and Vincent was very helpful he even advised us it was 50% off !!!! Wow , we were even more happy with the news ! Vincent not only helped us with our issue and resolved it , but also helped us set up the time on our new watch ! That was so important for us and we didn’t feel rushed or needy , we felt right at home and Vincent had wonderful customer service , which the people at the Glendale location Macys didn’t have !!!! “Authentic western clothing shop in pasadena, was looking for some cowboy clothes and they were the closest speciality store to me.
Employee was really nice and helpful, showed me around and helped me pick out an outfit for a wedding in Texas. Reasonable pricing for such speciality items. Picked up a black cowboy hat and a shirt that both looked like they were great quality.”

“This review is strictly to recognize and employee who every time I shop at J. Crew does not disappoint! I came here today for some holiday shopping, I was greeted and assisted by Christina G. As she was helping me I realized she helped me once before and provided the same excellent customer service! I told myself to make sure I wrote a review today because great customer service is hard to come by! Especially on two separate occasions! She is very patient and helpful, gave me some great feedback and is so genuine. During the holiday season helping customers can be exhausting and overwhelming, but Christina being attentive in her role is just a clear indicator it's who she is naturally. “Typically I cannot stand walking into Tilly's I have been to several locations where I am repeatedly ignored it has happened at this location as well. I don't know why it happens but several employees have looked right passed me and approached customers that I guess fit their style a bit more??? I went in this location with a friend this past week and A young man named Gilbert approached my friend and I and ask if we needed help right away! After declining his help, he proceeds to tell us that if we need help getting a shoe size or anything from the back to just let him know and gave us his name. He immediately began organizing shelves and folding clothes. He honestly made my evening. Right before walking in I told my friend that if i experienced bad service or no service at all again, that I would find and make a call to corporate for sure. Not because I wanted to be a "Karen". It's not even a big deal to me to be greeted immediately upon walking into an establishment, but because of just how many locations and employees have displayed such foul attitudes and LITERALLY ignored me in the past or chose to service other people around me but never ME. It was getting ridiculous. But thank you Gilbert! I don't know if it was because you're new or just raised right but don't change. It was the easiest thing to just ask if we needed help. And although we really didn't need help, you were the first person to ever interact with me in a Tilly's.”
“This grunge garage gantry gets me guessing the guests here enjoy the hoppiest IPAs. I'm a big fan of browsing! Nothing has ever demanded I buy it at an Urban Outfitter but there's always some unusual frat boy game, black pair of jeans I am tempted to swap my Hollister no fade stretch for, and pop culture overly on the nose I wish I'd been sent to a big city high school to really understand the references.”
“great music, busy place, they have great prices but they also have a lot of designer items that range from fancy, vintage, and chic to trendy, hype, and streetwear. They have a lot of high-quality items. Of course those go for a more expensive price but they have PLENTY of less expensive options. Most of the store is good prices, only the first couple designer racks in the front of the store are expensive. We got a whole bag of very stylish clothes and I don’t think anything was over $10! Highly recommend! I’m not sure why this place has such low reviews”

“I was fully expecting to walk in and find nothing but overpriced junk, honestly, but man was I wrong. They had some really cool vintage band tees that actually looked like they’d been worn in, not just factory distressed. I ended up spending like an hour just digging through the racks and found a pair of Levi’s that fit perfect for only twelve bucks, it was crazy becuase I’ve been looking for that style forever. The person at the register was super chill and even gave me a tip on when thier new shipments come in. Already planning to go back next week to see what else I missed. Feels good to find a spot that actually has stuff you want to wear without a million dollar price tag.”
