Pandora Headquarter was very responsive via emails and I got all my replacement of bracelet and charms in 20 days after I sent back my old ones. I gave 3stars because that excellent customer service was caused by formal complaint through BBB and local store managers did not care one bit about the complaints after the sale... read full comment

These people are so nice. A different pandora store gave me the wrong size in Vegas and they jumped through hoops to get me the right size. Good people, great store 10/10
