First of all I was surprised it could be fixed as it had broken in two places. I was in the area and brought the necklace to LAN. He knew exactly why it was not right and me and knew how to recreate the piece. LAN is a creative genius. Customer service was amazing. “I’m giving this store a 5 star because of their employee Cristal was a great help with letting me know that they carry extenders for necklaces. I was so close to returning a beautiful necklace my boyfriend bought me for Christmas. A couple weeks ago I went and Alejandra had informed me that there was no way to make my necklace longer and that they didn’t have extenders which I was pretty sad to hear. Thankfully today Cristal was so nice and informed about the extenders!”

“Came here on 1/20 Saturday to get my daughters ears pierced on her bday. She was very nervous, and had 5 other teens with her. We weren't sure where to get our ears pierced, but while we were walking the mall we decided to walk into Daniel Jewelers. When got there, Ray greeted us and had a jolly personality.. She said we had to come back 1:00, but when she saw our long faces, she said come back at 12pm. When my daughter finally sat down to get down to business, she was very nervous and Ray was VERY patient and accommodating.. she didn't rush her, she answered all her silly questions and put up with 6 other watchers!Thank you Ray for making my daughter's experience a good one!”

“To be honest, I was really hesitant to take my one year old daughter to get her ears pierced. I was hearing so many mixed reviews with Claire's Piercing service. Regardless of those reviews, I still decided to give it a try. Monica took the time and gave me a lot of information and she was very kind to talk to. When it was time to get my daughter's ear pierced, Kelly helped us and she was super sweet and assuring. I love the fact that she was very confident in her job which is important when dealing with babies/kids. The process was very quick and my baby looks beautiful with her new earrings. “My first visit here wasn't the best, because the woman who helped me seemed upset that I only went in for a cleaning and not a purchase. However, I went back a few months ago to get a cleaning again but I was also interested in buying some new clips for my bracelet. I saw the woman again but I walked towards the men working besides her instead. They were super helpful and very kind. I forgot the name of one of the guys but I do remember Kefra. He was amazing, super sweet, and gave me his honest opinion on what clips to buy. He made me forget about my last visit and I left so excited about my new clips to keep my charms from falling out. The woman looked upset, and eventually went to the back of the sales floor. I thank you for having someone like Kefra there that day, you need more people who care for the customers and not just the sales.”
