If there was a negative option, i would give a minus -5. Went today to pick up an online order had to wait in line. Makes no sense to order online and have to wait for 8 other customers to pick and choose there options while my order is waiting to be picked up. The worst, once I was checked in by Rachael, she told me I had to wait first come, first serve. She then goes outside and ask customers in line if there was anyone with an online order. Rachael pulled a lady that was in line and pull the first available associate to help her. She was aware I was there to pick up my online order. She obviously had some kind of prejudice against me or may be racial. She purposely ignored me and had another person taken care of and made me wait longer. David confirmed that the customer she pulled from the line was online order. Same as mine and acknowledged there was an obvious issue. I'll never go back to this store even though there are some good employees there. I will tell you I never raised my voice, nor was I rude to her, never met her before today and can tell you she had an issue with me as she went out of her why to make me wait.

I ordered a charm online, paid to engrave both sides and one side didn't come engraved. I went into the store to see if the employees could engrave the other blank side, but the employee told me no. I asked another employee who asked the manager, but the manager also said no. I called corporate and they told me the employees were supposed to just engrave the other side. Corporate told me to go to another location because these employees didn't want to do it. Thankfully corporate refunded me the engraving amount, but if only I called sooner, I wouldn't have had to buy a whole other charm. At least the lady who helped me engrave the second charm was very nice !

If I can give negative starts I definitely would !I got my ring wrapped in wrapping paper rather than an actual box ! What if someone else had purchased it and was going to get engaged ?! They were going to get their ring in a wrapping paper ! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!Attitude is horrible !!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PANDORA AT ALL!!! The girls don't even help at all (very ignorant)!

My first visit here wasn't the best, because the woman who helped me seemed upset that I only went in for a cleaning and not a purchase. However, I went back a few months ago to get a cleaning again but I was also interested in buying some new clips for my bracelet. I saw the woman again but I walked towards the men working besides her instead. They were super helpful and very kind. I forgot the name of one of the guys but I do remember Kefra. He was amazing, super sweet, and gave me his honest opinion on what clips to buy. He made me forget about my last visit and I left so excited about my new clips to keep my charms from falling out. The woman looked upset, and eventually went to the back of the sales floor. I thank you for having someone like Kefra there that day, you need more people who care for the customers and not just the sales.

Pandora Headquarter was very responsive via emails and I got all my replacement of bracelet and charms in 20 days after I sent back my old ones. I gave 3stars because that excellent customer service was caused by formal complaint through BBB and local store managers did not care one bit about the complaints after the sale was made.

Customer service just terrible. They do the engraving for me. I trust them, they would do the same way both of them. After that, I checked. 2 bracelet are engraving are the wrong side of looking. I talked to them but they acting like it my fault, like I accepted. Just because I trust them. And them do it to me. They said after I engraving, I can't return. I agree. But this happened and not my fault. And they didn't made me a exactly new one. I bought it for a gift, so I really need that gonna excatly what I want. The best of. But they didn't care what I feeling. I spend my money for them just take a bad customer service bad for me. I don't really pay attention of my seller. But if I can give 0 star, I would.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! If I could give this business a -0 I would. Jennifer L is the worst I mean worst customer representative I have ever encountered. No wonder the stores empty with zero customers.

Not very good customer service at the store site. Even when u call head quarter there's nothing they can't help u with. I purchased 6 bracelets online and didn't know it came in a cheap plastic bag. I only purchase 2 boxes. So I spoke with someone online and they say i was able to go to the store to buy it but when I came to this one the lady refuse to sell me any. I wasn't asking for free. I even brought my items with me. She said I should call head quarter and no help. So I guess they want to put their products out in a bad name. So when I give out the bracelets as gift people will think it's a cheap item because of the packaging very unpresentable. By all mean it's fine with me. People think very lowly of this brand. Don't even deserve one star being generous with 1 .star

I've been here twice and I can say I've never had a bad experience. The first time I did have to wait like 5 - 10 minutes to go inside.Right away an associate asked me if I needed help and I told her what I was looking for. She showed me what they had and I made my purchase. She even mentioned how to clean my ring....what to use and what to stay away from.The second time my friends and I were waiting for Din Tai Fung to text us so we decided to stop by. They let us in right away and an associate helped us out right away. All 3 of us bought something and had a wonderful experience.

Sadly, I need to update my review based on the horrible customer service. Knowing that I love Pandora jewelry a friend of mine purchased a bracelet and a couple of charms for me. While I kept the charms, I didn't feel that I needed a fourth bracelet. Over the weekend I went to return the bracelet, only to see a rope across the door restricting access. When I asked about coming in I was told that I had to wait my turn. Huh, what? I have been to that store dozens of times, even since the mall reopened after c-19 and had never been told to wait outside. After waiting about 20 minutes I asked how much longer and was told that it could be a little as 5 more minutes and as much as 20 more, that it really all depended on how fast the two customers in the shop finished their shopping. Four employees, two customers (plus a child) and we're all waiting in line outside? I get that the store is small, but just a few weeks ago I was in there with at least 8 other customers. After waiting a total of 30 minutes I left. I went back the next day only to see an even longer line to get in, so I didn't even try. A couple of us tried again the next day and there was a line but it was short, only one person, so we decided to give it a try. Once we finally got in we were told that they could not accept my return because it had been more than 30 days. I explained that the bracelet was purchased for me as a gift, that the person who bought it became sick, which delayed their being able to see me to give it to me. They said it did not matter, in fact, the manager was quite rude about it. I asked if an exception could be made since these are difficult times with c-19 and was given even more attitude in return. The person I was with has been a retail manager and explained that a manager can override a return. As we were leaving we witnessed the manager being extremely snarky and rude with another customer too. While I love, well, loved, Pandora, I will be happy with the collection that I have since I am not buying anymore pieces.

These people are so nice. A different pandora store gave me the wrong size in Vegas and they jumped through hoops to get me the right size. Good people, great store 10/10

Terrible experience ever. One day, me and my wife went to this shop and want to take a look on the rings. There was a sales person came and asked, "Why are you here?" we said that we would like to take a look on the rings. He kept asking "What kinds of rings?" Then, we just kept our patience and told him that we just want to look first then we might know what kinds of rings we would like. After we went inside, we decided want to try a particular kind of ring. However, we waited for 10 minutes, no body came and served. Instead, all the salespersons just chitchat by themselves. Me and my wife just left store and disappointed. I went to many different Pandora Jewelry stores, this was my 1st time had such terrible service. I would not go to this location again, and hope other Pandora Jewelry locations would not be like this one.
