She was very rude to my mother only because I speak Spanish, and after 3 months her arm still hurts due to indiligence.

I didn’t have an appointment and the lab was going to be closing in 45 minutes but thought I’d take a chance. Techs were extremely polite and I only waited 10 minutes

I took my 88 year old dad to this location walk in as it's advertised that walk ins are welcomed, they made us wait 4 hours, I understand that we didn't have appointment but there was a time that there was no patients with appointment and for 30 minutes no one came out to call the stand by patients. We were very disappointed and we won't go to this location anymore.

The most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met. They discourage walk ins by making them wait more than an hour to have your blood drawn or even speak to you, a gentleman was there over an hour waiting just to pick up a stool sample to do at home, he didn’t have an appt either. Quests Diagnostics obviously doesn’t need the PPO business.
If you have a PPO insurance like I did, go to Dino Clarizio MD off Baldwin Ave, his office which is a few blocks from this place has a full time phlebotomy tech. Officers hours are 9-5 check the dates and their lunch hour before going. No weekends! If quests reps don’t make walks in’s a priority as well as the appts folks then they don’t need our business and if you have a PPO then you can go anywhere to get blood drawn. ? good luck everyone.

It sad, that this once upbeat place is now very slow. I came in no appointment but still waited an hour. Where before it didn't take as long. I couldn't wait because I had to get back to work. The front desk is no more, replaced by an electronic kiosk (people need people, not more electronics, people to people connection is key ☺️). I only seen 2 - 3 phlebotomists and being in the medical field I've been in the office drawing blood and things moved way quicker than what I'm seeing here (the office I was at had the same amount of staff, and just as many clients if not more). I hope they can obtain more staff and get back to human connection instead of the electronic kiosk. ? Good bless

It is very difficult to get AM appointments, even 7 days ahead. Walk-ins were bad. Waited for over l.5 hours and I was still number 4 in line.

I use Quest for all my blood tests. I always make sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time, I don't do walk-ins. And scheduling appointments for the next day can sometimes be impossible. But if you have an appointment and show up at least 10 minutes early, there are no issues. Plus their costs are reasonable and I usually get the results within a few days. I also like that they have a lot of locations so I can make sure to get in when I need to. The employees are helpful & usually pretty fast.
