In my area I have other options than Quest but always insist my doctor sends me to Quest. Getting an appointment online is easy and their website is user friendly. The check in via the machine is easy. With an appointment there is really no wait time. The phlebotomists are professional and curteous.

The wait time was reasonable, and the service was reliable. Unfortunately, I do not remember the phlebotomist's name, but she was awesome! No puncture through my vein- fantastic! A little prick of the surface of my skin, and voila! That was it. Amazing!
