If you are tech savvy .... You will love the this place. You check yourself in via a Kiosk. Staff are professional and very skilled. My mom made an appt in advance, so everything went smooth! The results are also posted on line if you register on line for an account. Very convenient and up to speed for people who like to manage and know everything.

I came in today at about 11:35 to get blood work done. The lady was rude and short from the get-go. She called my name and pronounced my first name wrong and I corrected her and she just gave me a weird look and said yeah. She just seemed like she was in a rush and hated being there and was in a really bad mood. I told her that I'm scared of giving blood and that sometimes I faint and she was like well then you should of come earlier because we don't have time to deal with that today and we would've had more time if you came earlier cause we're closing soon. no sympathy no I'm sorry no are you OK when she was giving me blood and I was upset nothing she was just awful about it. I didn't know that they were closing at 12 and I understand but the way she went about it was so rude. If She was nicer about it and explained it like a normal person, I would understand but just her demeanor was just so rude and offputting. I have avoided getting bloodwork done for years because I'm so scared of getting blood work done because of a bad experience I had a long time ago and I haven't gotten bloodwork done in so long. I forgot that there was a urine test before and I didn't have to go to the bathroom so when I gave her my urine back. I apologized and said I'm sorry it's probably not enough. I said haven't gave blood in a long time and forgot that there was a urine test so I told her if you give me some water then In a couple minutes I'll be able to go to the bathroom for the urine test. And she was like we are closing at 12, it is 1155 I don't have time to wait around for you. I would've gone to the bathroom and the whole thing would've took me tops five minutes so she would've been out of there at 12 and everything would've been fine and she could have been out by 12 or god forbid it was couple minutes,it's not the end of the world.. she was just so rude about everything and she said that she didn't have time to wait around for me which is unprofessional to me. I can't believe how rude someone can be. so now I have to come back to do the urine sample which I understand about time and closing but she just didn't need to be so rude. Super Disappointed in this experience. You should hire kinder more caring nurses that actually care about what they're doing and how the patient is feeling rather than if they're gonna be closing a couple minutes late.

Great phlebotomist and short wait time. She drew blood with little discomfort or pain.

Must've been a rough day for the hematologist who drew my blood today because she was short and rude. This location is always so busy with back to back patients. May be time to rethink how customer service is affected by overworking staff.

My mother needed a blood test we checked in about 3 3:15 they took in about five patients and it took all the way to 4:30 then they came out said we are closed the three people that were waiting or to make an appointment and come back another day when I asked when is the next appointment available they said they were booked all next week how does it take over an hour to take blood tests from five people I would think let's take care of the people that are waiting or have a certain cutoff time that they're not going to accept anybody but they made us stay there until they kick this out that's just poor business

Should be 0 star.If wall-in is not available, just tell customers in the beginning.A worker named Carol mistakenly skipped a customer's name and reject to help her. All employees are very rude. Aovid to go there.

I should give it 0 points, liar. This place is a liar. I worked in from 9.20am until 11.30pm. The staff was very rude. They kept calling patients for appointments and ignored the people queuing up in the lobby. We asked if there was any work in. , a lady said yes, you may wait for five minutes, or you may wait for 3 hours. When I signed in, the machine showed that there were eight people in front of me who had to wait for an hour. I think this is a scam, deceiving customers into spending nothing in the lobby. Wait for a few hours and treat us like monkeys. If there is a shortage of people, let us know clearly. I specifically asked for leave to wait for the examination. I am really angry. I am a pregnant woman who has been waiting for the examination on an empty stomach and dare not go to the toilet. , they don't care about the patient's feelings at all. I felt like vomiting, dizzy, and had abdominal pain. It was a really bad experience. It's best for everyone not to come here.

I checked rate on google map, the Quest has low rate, and I went to Alhambra one, the service is bad. But here, there is a nurse named Bania, she is excellent service, this 5-star is for here.

A bit confused about all the negative reviews. I've been here 3 times over the last 2 years for some lab work. I've always had an appointment which there are usually many readily available. I usually wait no more than 10 minutes and they are friendly and professional inside. My one complaint is the place could be a bit "warmer" feeling but gets the job done.

I've only ever come here with an appointment, so I can't speak to walk-ins (save yourself the hassle, and just make an appointment) All my morning appointments have started either right on time or within a few minutes. I've seen 3 different nurses here, and everyone's been perfectly friendly and nice. Only complaint is the tv in the waiting room is super loud.

A disaster to communicate by phone to make an appointment. One morning dealing with a machine and nothing. Frustrating. Everything automated. Very bad customer service in this way. You have no choice.

Horrible. Ghetto. Kiosks now take the place of the rude receptionists. They also turn cancer pts away who need emergent labs drawn because they wanna be off on time. Don't expect to be drawn even if you are an urgent walk in. This place is total trash and shame on the workers who put their needs before cancer patients. I didn't know you could turn patients away even if they are checked in. Shameful...

If you don't welcome walk-ins, then you shouldn't offer a walk-in option. My wife checked in at 4 PM and waited until 5 PM, only to be told that there were no spots available today. How would you feel if you were in this situation? Even ordinary restaurants wouldn't treat their customers this way. Despite having an advanced reservation and management system, you can't disrespect people, especially patients.
