Excellent customer service at the Arcadia branch. Irene P took great care of me and my husband. We are senior citizens and Irene is patient and take time to explain everything to us. I love this bank. The Foothill and Euclid location in Upland is such a neighborhood feeling bank. Lisa is always there to greet customers on their arrival. I'm always felt like they give the best and honest advice on my money.
