And knowledgeable is an understatement. She treats all accounts as if it was family she was interacting with. She is smart enough to know that if you're not happy with how your money is being handled that you will take your business somewhere else. And Chantel doesn't use over the top lingo where one can get confused or lost in the conversations.”

He didn’t speak English and had trouble with his ATM PIN code. They took the time to patiently wait for me to translate using a translator app and helped him reset his pin and withdraw some $.

“It seems weird to review a bank, but I just really like this branch. The staff is very polite & efficient without trying to make you their best friend: "Hi Jane! How are you, Jane? Do you have any plans today, JANE?" No, they don't do that here like they do at other Chase locations. They are pleasant & professional, but not familiar. Huzzah! Large parking lot with lots of shaded areas. Indoor & outdoor ATMs. Never had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes for a teller. Just a pleasant place to bank.”
