“Everyone in this bank is so personable and professional. I usually avoid going inside a bank, this is my 5th time going in this branch and they are so pleasant in there and help in a timely manner. Philip is amazing with great customer service, always putting on a smile and the willingness to help. Philip had helped me 3 other times and each time I've learn something new! For example I was trying to deposit a check to my Merrill Edge account and I don't have my debit card on me and he said I can deposited through the mobile app but I thought it's only if I deposit to my checking account. Yesterday I walked in there and wanted to ask if I can get Euro from the bank since I am leaving on a trip. Again, Philip showed me how to order it on my mobile app! He's great, never in a hurry or rushing me out, super helpful and has such a sweet personality. He's a great asset this BofA!”

“It seems weird to review a bank, but I just really like this branch. The staff is very polite & efficient without trying to make you their best friend: "Hi Jane! How are you, Jane? Do you have any plans today, JANE?" No, they don't do that here like they do at other Chase locations. They are pleasant & professional, but not familiar. Huzzah! Large parking lot with lots of shaded areas. Indoor & outdoor ATMs. Never had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes for a teller. Just a pleasant place to bank.”

The day after my mom went to US Bank in Arcadia to cash her Social Security Check. Eric Chu NMLS# 1728772 helped her with banking services and even educated us on Illinois ID laws that IL residents 65 yrs & over will not have an expiration date. He gave my mom his business card in case she runs into any future issues at US Banks, and he advised her to have them call him. Thank you, Eric for your patience with my mom! She's elder and her English is not so easy to understand, but you treated her like you would any other human being, with respect and kindness.”
