And knowledgeable is an understatement. She treats all accounts as if it was family she was interacting with. And Chantel doesn't use over the top lingo where one can get confused or lost in the conversations.”

“I had an incredible experience with Ling Lo. After visiting three other Citi branches and calling the business department twice, I was stuck in a loop of 'referrals' with no solution for my account features. I walked into Ling’s branch without an appointment, and she was the first person to truly listen.Initially, she didn't have the immediate answer, but instead of giving up, she promised to consult with the right people and call me back. True to her word, she called me just 10 minutes later with a plan! She had me come back in, got the right department on the phone, and stayed with me until the request was completed. Ling went the extra mile when no one else would. Look for her if you want someone who actually follows through!”

Mrs. Stella Wat, the manager, is always friendly, warm, and efficient in helping the customers. Her staff, including the bank tellers, are always polite, efficient, and hard-working. They treat every customer as their friends and family members. The business culture and the social environment built in this bank is always positive, pleasant, joyful, and hospitable. I feel very safe to put all my money and retirement incomes into this bank.”
“It seems weird to review a bank, but I just really like this branch. The staff is very polite & efficient without trying to make you their best friend: "Hi Jane! How are you, Jane? Do you have any plans today, JANE?" No, they don't do that here like they do at other Chase locations. They are pleasant & professional, but not familiar. Huzzah! Large parking lot with lots of shaded areas. Indoor & outdoor ATMs. Never had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes for a teller. Just a pleasant place to bank.”
