“This particular facility of Charles Schwab in Arcadia, has the most amazing people that work there. I attended a beginning, think or swim Tutorial today with a gentleman name Alex as the instructor. This entire tutorial is free, by the way, you just have to call and set an appointment for it, when they are available. While I was there, it was mentioned that we can set a 45 minute personal one-on-one meeting with one of the instructors. whether it is that we meet together, or if it's a virtual or phone call is yet to be determined. But nonetheless, it is a 1 on 1 where you can ask any question that you want, and or they will guide you through the entire process from the very first trade that you do. I personally am doing swing option trading. It is very technical. There's a lot to it. I'm trying to just get the basics. And so far, I have never met amost unique group of people who only want you to succeed. No money involved other than the money you have invested in Charles Schwab. They wanna see you succeed? It's amazing. I cannot speak highly enough about this institution. I look forward to my next consultation meeting to help me a little bit more and I will soon be off and running. They have a big parking lot that always has plenty of spaces available. There are two Citi banks about the same distance from our business. This is the one I prefer.”

He gave my mom his business card in case she runs into any future issues at US Banks, and he advised her to have them call him. Thank you, Eric for your patience with my mom! She's elder and her English is not so easy to understand, but you treated her like you would any other human being, with respect and kindness.”

“My mom recently passed and I've gotten nothing but a run around with her bank. I called. I help. I went to the Duarte location and they not only didn't help but were rude. I tried Pasadena location and they were of some help but they didn't have a notary. I then made an appointment at this location and the woman was fabulous! She helped with the paperwork, opened and account and notarized the proper forms to transfer funds from my mom's account to me. I wish I could recall her name but she was great!”

“I've stopped by the 7-Eleven on Baldwin many times. Everything is laid out and very easy to find everything that you need. You've got all the refrigerated drinks to the left wall, the hot food by the registers, and then all the snacks and convenience items in the aisles.What always impresses me the most is how efficient and quickly the workers at the registers do their job. When I'm there in the morning, it's pretty busy but that worker is able to bounce between the two registers to help accommodate more of the customers and to be able to get them out of the store soon as possible as well. I was very impressed by the efficiency and the speed I was able to get out of the store.Sign up for their rewards program so you can rewarded for making purchases.”

“It seems weird to review a bank, but I just really like this branch. The staff is very polite & efficient without trying to make you their best friend: "Hi Jane! How are you, Jane? Do you have any plans today, JANE?" No, they don't do that here like they do at other Chase locations. They are pleasant & professional, but not familiar. Huzzah! Large parking lot with lots of shaded areas. Indoor & outdoor ATMs. Never had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes for a teller. Just a pleasant place to bank.”
