Following a negative encounter at Chase Bank, I opted to open my business account with US Bank. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and promptly assisted. I must acknowledge that this was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had in opening any type of account with a bank. Veronica Coronel's business acumen is commendable; she demonstrates a thorough understanding of her role. For those seeking a pleasant banking experience for their business, I highly recommend visiting this branch and engaging with Veronica.

Excellent customer service at the Arcadia branch. Irene P took great care of me and my husband. We are senior citizens and Irene is patient and take time to explain everything to us. In this busy and rush world, it is hard to find a kind and sincere person that takes pride and joy in his/her work. Thank you.

I love this bank. The Foothill and Euclid location in Upland is such a neighborhood feeling bank. Lisa is always there to greet customers on their arrival. I'm always felt like they give the best and honest advice on my money.

I want to share my wonderful experience with US Bank. Veronica helped me open my account and taught me how to access my accounts online. The whole staff is very nice. Reminds me of the way banking used to be with the personalized service. Thank you to every one in the branch for your attentive customer service.

That was terrible, dealt with a banker who clearly either didn't pay enough attention to the case at hand OR was incompetent. I would highly recommend using other locations (the one inside Vons on Colorado was busy but great).

This is my first Yelp review, but I feel compelled to warn others about my ongoing experiences using this branch. For the many nearby residents who reside in apartments and require quarters to operate their laundry, this branch has consistently failed to have quarters or apparently do anything about this problem for the past two years. It was one thing during the early Covid days (which was their excuse back then), but there is no excuse now. Every other bank I have visited never has a problem with quarters, including the other US Bank branches nearby. On the occasions where I do get quarters from this branch, it is (1) often much less than the three or four rolls I asked for and (2) treated as if they are doing me some sort of charity. This is a bank. It should carry basic US currency. McDonalds does not treat me like a charity case when it sells me a cheeseburger.I miss the old Monrovia branch where Lori and the team there always provided excellent service. I will likely be using the Baldwin branch from now on, which is much further from my home, but much better at servicing customer needs.

I had such a great experience opening my account here, Veronica was amazing very knowledgeable and explained everything very thoroughly she made me feel comfortable! I definitely recommend this Bank, all the staff are friendly and helpful Irene has a wonderful personality and customer service. Branch manager Oshin leads by example he always keeps a great smile on his face and is willing to jump in and help out . He knows his job well ! I have been coming to this branch for over a year and I appreciate the great experience!

I'd have to agree with some of the commenters here about this bank's non-customer service. I went into this branch to request a Medallion guarantee signature. The banker only gave reasons why she couldn't extend this service instead of offering the best path for resolution. The response I got was, "you should go ask a financial advisor". And when I asked to help me understand, the immediate reaction I got was an eye roll and "you need to speak with the branch manager". While I get that US Bank could not offer the service due to specific requirements, I think this could have been handled a bit differently, an opportunity for the banker to follow up with information to make this process easier for me, a solution, if you will. But I got the sense she didn't really care. Mentioning the banker's name isn't important because my intent is not to paint that person in a negative light; however, I'd encourage retraining on how to provide customer value as critical importance if this branch plans to stay for the long haul. Otherwise, what is the difference of me going to a self-service digital kiosk instead of a personal banker for support? Btw, I second the Yelp comment about the positive experience at the Monrovia branch before it closed. Lori was super helpful and patient, which is why I expanded my business with the bank. Now, I'd rather take my business somewhere else.

I normally don't review banks but I must say as a US Bank customer the Arcadia-Football Blvd., branch manager in particularly worst non-customer service, other reps like Tracy and Pia tries, but trying to communicate with the branch Manager, I guess unless your last name sounds like his, but Ocean doesn't even get up from his desk half the time such poor unhelpful customer service, I'll stick with the bank for now, but I'll now go to the Acada-Baldwin Ave. Branch. The Monrovia branch before it closed due to Covid, Lori held high honors in my opinion.

Last week I went to this branch of us bank and time was 3:00 pm and closing time for bank was 5:00 o'clock. And I saw no other client in the back and 3 banker just seat behind their desk and when I asked for opening the account I know that's friday and they want to go home but when just telling me I go to another branch for opening the bank account I think that's not right customer service. If that's the way US Bank take care of the customer I prefer go open account to another bank .

I wish i could give them no stars at all. The tellers at this bank are so rude. If they think you don’t speak english they will speak badly about you in FRONT of your face. They act as if helping you isn’t their job. If you are looking for a new bank I do no recommend this branch at all. Also just cause someone is depositing money in cash doesn’t mean they don’t have a proper job. A teller had the nerve to tell my dad that he needs to report his money to the IRS since he was depositing cash. Next time keep your micro aggression comments to yourself. No bank has ever treated us like that. I do not want to make this a race problem but it may seem like it is. The white gentleman next to us was treated very well and left before us even though he came in around 10 minutes after us. If you guys need any recommendations for a good bank I would recommend wells fargo. They are more minority friendly and have great customer service. And will save you a headache cause these employees always seem to cause them.

Bad experiences in this branch.A lady there was not friendly at all. Not patient , even didn’t want to explain questions .I had thought maybe she was a indifferent person until I saw she was nice to other customer.Very hurtful .The same day, I went to Chase Bank and was treated very well. What a difference !
