I've been a US Bank (Arcadia branch) customer for almost 10 years now. Customer service is great! Branch manager Oshin is friendly, helpful and cares about his customers. His staff is awesome! They all are very friendly and helpful!

Excellent customer service at the Arcadia branch. Irene P took great care of me and my husband. We are senior citizens and Irene is patient and take time to explain everything to us.
