“As other reviewers have said, Betty is a complete gem. I was looking for a specific replacement part for a mannequin -- this wouldn't be a big sale, we're talking under $10 -- yet Betty sent me thorough, detailed and clear info and measurements for the part she thought might work for me. It was the opposite of what we're all used to with customer service generally these days. Amazing really. She was quick to respond, friendly and proactive in her responses. 5 stars all the way. I pray wonderful things for this business, and I'll shop here first thing when I'm looking for mannequins or anything display related.”

“The parking lot exits are a little crazy but there is good parking surrounding the back side with lots of shade.the gas is usually cheaper here than other LA costcos.Also it seems that his area has a high asian population so they carry stuff you typically don't see at costco. I dont get to this area often, i always i wish i was able to return more regularly.”

“I’m really not one to write reviews but gotta give a Big shout out to the staff at this Costco. I’ve been looking for a Flybar bumper car for toddlers at various Costco which were all sold out. Many stores showed a couple on stock but upon arrival they were all gone not there fault as the item I’ve been looking for sold out rather quick. Called this placed because it showed they had four on stock called the store to verify but they couldn’t see them out on display. Got my info just in case. I decided to drive to myself knowing they might not have it. Went to the front asked for helped and was met with the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Staff was checking the whole store just to see if they had any in left. Went back to the front with my hopes down. Yet out of no where one of the members was carrying this hug box with the exact item. I know they have to go dig trough all there inventory just to find it. Really glad I stopped at this store as this has been a toy my daughter has been asking for having her bday this week I thought it would make the perfect gift and thanks to them I was able to secure one for her. From this I can say you guys have a loyal and happy customer. Thank you guys again I can definitely say my daughter will be surprised this Saturday.”

“I recently swapped to GIZMO DORKS from Hatchbox. I have used Hatchbox for many years, but recently, something was up with their supply and for like 2 months, I couldn't get the filament I needed, they didn't have it in the right size and or colors for many options and I had things to print. GIZMO DORKS CAME through, and instead of having a crappy vendor system I can buy from them direct and have more options of color and materials, instead of relying on a re-seller having it. Shipping was fast and the quality of the ABS I would say is the same if not better [lower nozzle and bed temps, but that's a plus IMO].”

I had a pick up with this address listed on my paperwork, when I spoke with the gentlemen's at 6550 E Washington he told me my load pick up was at a different warehouse barely a block away. The address my load was at was 2211 Davie Ave. Very easy to get into and back up. Parking is available on the Davie Ave as well. 5* very fasting loading!”

I tell everyone please be on time cause it sucks when the next person has to wait cause somebody was late Vs the guy that actually made an effort to be on time. This one time they double shipped my order by mistake, I asked the customer service how I'd go about returning the extra order (I wasn't double charged) and they said it was okay to just keep it! About 300eur of merch just like that! all in all, can't complain about anything :)”

“I was at home depot looking for a commercial quality extention cord that can handle 20 amps. They only had 1 at home depot and I needed a couple more. The friendly employee at home depot in Monrovia said that I can head to the Glendora store, but it was 4 pm and the 210 freeway was jammed. He mentioned that there is a small mom and pop shop in Arcadia called delta tronics so I decided to try them out. The owner's name is Eddie and he was very laid back. He sold me the same extension cord as the one at home depot for $25. I noticed that they had a large variety of stuff so I bought an air filter for my wife's car for only $7 and he was kind enough to even install it. If you're ever in the area, I suggest you try this place out. It's a little crammed, but there are so many unique things that are so cheap. Great place! Great customer service! I'm a customer for life! Thanks Eddie!”
