“I think the sales ladies at this store are wonderful especially Row Sonia and Lynn. They are always so attentive, cheerful and go out of their way to help. Always a great shopping experience I love this store because of them. They always make great suggestions and if something isn't in stock they find it on line for me and have it shipped. If I ever need to do an online return I never have a problem or get an attitude.”
“It's too bad that I have way too many clothes because they had some stuff I wanted really bad but I backed out. The deals were so good especially if you have an Old Navy card which they were offering 40 percent off your purchase which was getting to basement level bargains.”

“I was doing some frantic last minute holiday shopping and the whole team at this location was very kind and helpful! I wanted to give a special shout out to Alexander though whose customer service skills were amazing, 10/10!! Not only was he able to help me clarify which items were on sale and for what price, he also went out of his way to find me the size I wanted by calling another location to see if they had it! And even though I was bugging him the whole time I was in the store and pestering him with a bunch of questions, Alexander was able to assist me with nothing but a friendly smile the whole time! I also work in retail so usually i'm pretty observant when it comes to customer service in other stores, but I just had to comment on Alexander's because his was just through the roof (:”

“I went on a Sunday so the store was relatively busy (mind you, I haven’t been to this mall in years and dreaded going in on a Sunday). Castro happened to help me. Probably one of the nicest managers I’ve met. Took some time to get my returns squared away but she was so helpful and patient.”
