“Yesterday we went to exchange a watch G-Shock and we were in hope of variety , so we encountered Vincent Niemczyk , I hope I’m spelling that right , and he was so wonderfully polite and helpful! He actually showed us that one watch left , 1 G-Shock in the entire store ! But it was definitely the best one thus far ! So we decided to proceed with the exchange, and Vincent was very helpful he even advised us it was 50% off !!!! Wow , we were even more happy with the news ! Vincent not only helped us with our issue and resolved it , but also helped us set up the time on our new watch ! That was so important for us and we didn’t feel rushed or needy , we felt right at home and Vincent had wonderful customer service , which the people at the Glendale location Macys didn’t have !!!! “I happened to find myself in April Blooms Boutique last weekend, do me a little differently and I did! The space feels bright and well curated, so even if you're not actively looking to try on lots of clothing, the experience of browsing is still enjoyable. The clothing feels quality (the fabrics have robust weight, stitching is clean and tight), and are unique enough that you didn't feel like some random underscore someone else's outfit on an Instagram repost.”

“Good vibes, exquisite pieces, amazing space! Usually when I shop online or in store, I’m in awe of 5-15% of items; I get exhausted by having to hunt for “wow” items. Tuck is a dream-come-true because it’s FILLED with excellent pieces. Gorgeous prints, cool jeans, shoes that you actually want to wear… a good mix of chic, elegant, very cool, NY meets LA.

Mikko is a genuinely kind and patient person who is trained professionally in the art of kimono dress. Truth be told we are so happy we met her because she taught us much about this important cultural practice. Everything she does is done properly and professionally. Highly recommend!”
“Very helpful gals who know the mercendise. This place is packed with many designers items yet there are other brands for who are not into designer clothing. Well worth your time to stop in and tell the ladies what type of colors or type of clothing you like. Every time I am in town I will drop in. So many brands to choose from!”

“This review is strictly to recognize and employee who every time I shop at J. Crew does not disappoint! I came here today for some holiday shopping, I was greeted and assisted by Christina G. As she was helping me I realized she helped me once before and provided the same excellent customer service! I told myself to make sure I wrote a review today because great customer service is hard to come by! Especially on two separate occasions! She is very patient and helpful, gave me some great feedback and is so genuine. During the holiday season helping customers can be exhausting and overwhelming, but Christina being attentive in her role is just a clear indicator it's who she is naturally. Her hard work and warm personality should be recognized! Much appreciated!”
“The staff at Eileen Fisher in Pasadena has always been friendly and helpful. Bernadette and Iris are two sales associates that have been helpful with customer service, whether it be graciously taking care of returns, making sure I received my rewards gift card or letting me know what great deals may be coming in the near future. I feel very valued. That's the frosting on the cake - I enjoy Eileen's color selection, style and design, that cater to flattering this older woman's physique over the last 15 years. Eileen's wonderful coordinates are very versatile.”

“Been going to this store since it opened. The staff is always helpful and polite. And Anthropology is of course the best. Plus the recent brand additions and designer collabs have brought a fantastic catalogue of styles.
For this location the best parking option is at One Colorado structure but it can be pricey so the structures on the other side of Colorado blvd are better options.”

They had several brands and items that I have never seen at any other Ross. When I'm in this city again I will definitely go back.”

“Typically I cannot stand walking into Tilly's I have been to several locations where I am repeatedly ignored it has happened at this location as well. I don't know why it happens but several employees have looked right passed me and approached customers that I guess fit their style a bit more??? I went in this location with a friend this past week and A young man named Gilbert approached my friend and I and ask if we needed help right away! After declining his help, he proceeds to tell us that if we need help getting a shoe size or anything from the back to just let him know and gave us his name. He immediately began organizing shelves and folding clothes. He honestly made my evening. Right before walking in I told my friend that if i experienced bad service or no service at all again, that I would find and make a call to corporate for sure. Not because I wanted to be a "Karen". It's not even a big deal to me to be greeted immediately upon walking into an establishment, but because of just how many locations and employees have displayed such foul attitudes and LITERALLY ignored me in the past or chose to service other people around me but never ME. It was getting ridiculous. But thank you Gilbert! I don't know if it was because you're new or just raised right but don't change. It was the easiest thing to just ask if we needed help. And although we really didn't need help, you were the first person to ever interact with me in a Tilly's.”

Nothing has ever demanded I buy it at an Urban Outfitter but there's always some unusual frat boy game, black pair of jeans I am tempted to swap my Hollister no fade stretch for, and pop culture overly on the nose I wish I'd been sent to a big city high school to really understand the references.”
“great music, busy place, they have great prices but they also have a lot of designer items that range from fancy, vintage, and chic to trendy, hype, and streetwear. They have a lot of high-quality items. Of course those go for a more expensive price but they have PLENTY of less expensive options. Most of the store is good prices, only the first couple designer racks in the front of the store are expensive. We got a whole bag of very stylish clothes and I don’t think anything was over $10! Highly recommend! I’m not sure why this place has such low reviews”
