As she was helping me I realized she helped me once before and provided the same excellent customer service! She is very patient and helpful, gave me some great feedback and is so genuine. “Love this Anthropologie! This one is huge! It has a second floor. I didn't go upstairs to check it out since I didn't have enough time. But definitely will be back to check it all out. They have enough room to display so many items that in my local Anthropologie didn't have. The place is clean and very organized, easy to browse clothes.

“Shelia was the sweetest! I stopped here to charge the car and unbeknownst to me, there’s a Nordstrom Rack right in front. Tried in a pair of jean shorts in the fitting room and was politely greeted by Ms. Shelia! Kudos to her and her friendly demeanor! I ended up buying two pairs of shoes, the pair is shirts & a candle. In a time where retail stores lack exceptional customer service, it’s great to know that this location strives to serve the customer with the utmost respect and a cheerful attitude.”

“Typically I cannot stand walking into Tilly's I have been to several locations where I am repeatedly ignored it has happened at this location as well. I don't know why it happens but several employees have looked right passed me and approached customers that I guess fit their style a bit more??? I went in this location with a friend this past week and A young man named Gilbert approached my friend and I and ask if we needed help right away! After declining his help, he proceeds to tell us that if we need help getting a shoe size or anything from the back to just let him know and gave us his name. He immediately began organizing shelves and folding clothes. He honestly made my evening. Right before walking in I told my friend that if i experienced bad service or no service at all again, that I would find and make a call to corporate for sure. Not because I wanted to be a "Karen". It's not even a big deal to me to be greeted immediately upon walking into an establishment, but because of just how many locations and employees have displayed such foul attitudes and LITERALLY ignored me in the past or chose to service other people around me but never ME. It was getting ridiculous. But thank you Gilbert! I don't know if it was because you're new or just raised right but don't change. It was the easiest thing to just ask if we needed help. And although we really didn't need help, you were the first person to ever interact with me in a Tilly's.”

“I was fully expecting to walk in and find nothing but overpriced junk, honestly, but man was I wrong. They had some really cool vintage band tees that actually looked like they’d been worn in, not just factory distressed. I ended up spending like an hour just digging through the racks and found a pair of Levi’s that fit perfect for only twelve bucks, it was crazy becuase I’ve been looking for that style forever. The person at the register was super chill and even gave me a tip on when thier new shipments come in. Already planning to go back next week to see what else I missed. Feels good to find a spot that actually has stuff you want to wear without a million dollar price tag.”

When she tells you that a bag is not real you have to accept her honest opinion after all the knows what she's doing. You can't get angry and write a review like that unless you knew the bag was fake. And another thing one lady in her review said that she didn't get a nice welcome walking into the store. And she started labeling the staff referring to them as hispanic older women, black older women, and white older women. Jenifer and her staff are always welcoming and very professional never hovering around you while you shop. Please stop labeling women.
