He actually showed us that one watch left , 1 G-Shock in the entire store ! But it was definitely the best one thus far ! So we decided to proceed with the exchange, and Vincent was very helpful he even advised us it was 50% off !!!! Wow , we were even more happy with the news ! Vincent not only helped us with our issue and resolved it , but also helped us set up the time on our new watch ! That was so important for us and we didn’t feel rushed or needy , we felt right at home and Vincent had wonderful customer service , which the people at the Glendale location Macys didn’t have !!!! “I happened to find myself in April Blooms Boutique last weekend, do me a little differently and I did! The space feels bright and well curated, so even if you're not actively looking to try on lots of clothing, the experience of browsing is still enjoyable. The clothing feels quality (the fabrics have robust weight, stitching is clean and tight), and are unique enough that you didn't feel like some random underscore someone else's outfit on an Instagram repost.”

“Great selection of clothing and great deals (some racks for under $10)! The size range seems to be S to XL. I saw bigger brands on the racks like Fashion Nova and some lesser-known ones too. There are fitting rooms to try things on; I ended up getting a nice flannel for about $30.”

Larayne always takes a personal interest in all her clients- in a short period of time she picks up on a person's sartorial style and preferences. Her "sale room" is my favorite place to start. Mikko is a genuinely kind and patient person who is trained professionally in the art of kimono dress. Truth be told we are so happy we met her because she taught us much about this important cultural practice. Everything she does is done properly and professionally. Highly recommend!”

“This is my favorite Talbots location. It's much bigger than other locations, and has super-easy parking. As with other Talbots, it's well-staffed by knowledgeable and helpful salespeople. Talbots has great, classic clothes, and I'm grateful that they have petite sizes.”

As she was helping me I realized she helped me once before and provided the same excellent customer service! She is very patient and helpful, gave me some great feedback and is so genuine. During the holiday season helping customers can be exhausting and overwhelming, but Christina being attentive in her role is just a clear indicator it's who she is naturally. Bernadette and Iris are two sales associates that have been helpful with customer service, whether it be graciously taking care of returns, making sure I received my rewards gift card or letting me know what great deals may be coming in the near future. I feel very valued. That's the frosting on the cake - I enjoy Eileen's color selection, style and design, that cater to flattering this older woman's physique over the last 15 years. For this location the best parking option is at One Colorado structure but it can be pricey so the structures on the other side of Colorado blvd are better options.”

“Typically I cannot stand walking into Tilly's I have been to several locations where I am repeatedly ignored it has happened at this location as well. I don't know why it happens but several employees have looked right passed me and approached customers that I guess fit their style a bit more??? I went in this location with a friend this past week and A young man named Gilbert approached my friend and I and ask if we needed help right away! After declining his help, he proceeds to tell us that if we need help getting a shoe size or anything from the back to just let him know and gave us his name. He immediately began organizing shelves and folding clothes. He honestly made my evening. Right before walking in I told my friend that if i experienced bad service or no service at all again, that I would find and make a call to corporate for sure. Not because I wanted to be a "Karen". It's not even a big deal to me to be greeted immediately upon walking into an establishment, but because of just how many locations and employees have displayed such foul attitudes and LITERALLY ignored me in the past or chose to service other people around me but never ME. It was getting ridiculous. But thank you Gilbert! I don't know if it was because you're new or just raised right but don't change. It was the easiest thing to just ask if we needed help. And although we really didn't need help, you were the first person to ever interact with me in a Tilly's.”
