Great shop with excellent customer service. The bike mechanic was super helpful and knowledgeable and the sales staff were really warm and friendly. If I wasn’t just passing through town I’d shop there again in a heartbeat!!

Bizarre and unnerving customer service from one sales rep, concerning levels of disrespect disguised as humor. Super uncomfortable. Good products, good customer service, and great repair team otherwise.

Great place. Fixed my bike for free since it was a "minor adjustment". In and out really fast. While I was they also helped me pick out a decent but affordable helmet.
