“I have been coming to this bank since 2007, overall I have always received helpful customer service. The staff is usually pretty courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. I appreciate the diversity in staff from younger to older including people of color. The staff seem down to earth and friendly to talk to with the occasional manager seeming a bit up tight but so far I have received nothing but respectful professional staff who knows what they are talking about. Before you enter the Chase the bank placed an ATM machine right by the entrance which I find it so convenient. To be honest, I have not gone inside the bank before Covid unless I need to deposit a big check, get quarters or ask for some advice on my account such as building credit and what not. The inside feels like a basement with good lighting. I sometimes forget we are not underground but there is a restaurant around the corner that is and the upstairs of the Jacob building has a nice restaurant. Around the back of the Chase bank, by the plaza, you can find the entrance to additional stores which are adorable for the most part since they have local shops indoors. Imagine I doors being a tiny little shopping mall :-) Last but not least, I appreciate that they have a high limit on how much money you can withdraw from your atm. I wish money orders weren't so pricy so I prefer to go to Safeway or Winco :-)”

“Not sure what is with all the cynical reviews, but the actual folks at this branch were very helpful. Shout out to SETH with banking, although Chase as a whole really screwed me over with closing my account (due to electronic algorithms most likely) he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my matters we're addressed. He took the time to follow up, even though he was booked solid with appointments.I would recommend opening an account here and trust Seth and team to take care of my financial needs.”
