I tried multiple times to call Chase about a credit card issue and had no success. I went into this branch and Diana Alcantar was incredibly helpful and solved the issue right away!

I can't speak for past service, however, I've been a customer of the Arcata branch for over a year now. I often use the tellers to help me with my transactions. I find them to be very helpful, friendly, and competent. This branch of Chase is appreciated! Thank you!
