“I've been with US Cellular for many years both as a prepaid customer and a customer under contract. I've always been satisfied with the US Cellular product and the coverage area. It's nice to have the US Cellular authorized retail shop here in McKinleyville sometimes it can save me a trip to eureka and going to the corporate store. There's some things authorized retail locations can't assist customers with unfortunately. But for things they can do it is a great store. Occasionally the wait time is a little long here when they only have one person working and multiple people come in at the same time. But for the most part I'm glad they are in McKinleyville”
